To solve the transport traveling salesman problem, you need to form a distance matrix. I haven't studied programming, so I don't know how to use API codes. Need a matrix of distances between 70 addresses. Can someone help me with this?

Well, if you do not write scripts, then there are no beautiful ways.
Manually using the "Measure distance" option on Google Maps (accessible by right-click).
A little more automated here, if there are coordinates (translating addresses into coordinates is also easily solved through the API and not easy manually):
