How to create a discount in Bitrix business only for unauthorized users.?

In the "Additional conditions" block, in the "Users" subset, select the "Group" item.
Switch the mode from "is a member of the group(s)" to "is not a member of the group(s)".
In the list of groups, mark everything except "All users (including unauthorized) [2]".
An unauthorized user will only be a member of this group.
