How to create a database in DigitalOcean through Vesta?

Bought VDS from DigitalOcean, installed Vesta.
When trying to add/edit/delete a database or a database user, an error occurs:
Connection to localhost failed.
Is this a problem in the Vesta settings or something else? TP DigitalOcean is silent for now.
