An analogue of DigotalOcean with storage in Russia?

Good day to all.
I know that there are many analogues in Runet with the provision of VDS / VPS or clouds. But I can't find any resource that provides both VDS and static storage. Are there any in Russia?
Heard about Selectel, but I'm afraid of him like fire because of his price tags. Are there any other options?

And why be afraid of the selector, they seem to have everything cheaper than digital ocean
