How to create a column based on an existing one with a different time zone in power bi?

Good afternoon. Please tell me, I’m loading a table with bigquery, there is a UTC date format column, and the dashboard needs to be built with a different UTC + 3 time zone. Can I in power bi, through power query, create a column that will copy the original date column, but add +3 hours to them? I found how to copy a column, but with the second part (changing the time zone) I have not yet found how. Thanks in advance for your reply.
