How to create a cluster of servers for Hyper-v?

Hello, there are two machines available, all on windows server 2019, located on the same local network, the first server is xeon 2650v2, 16gb, ssd 240gb (system is installed), the second is xeon x5670x2, 48gb, ssd 120gb (system is installed) and raid0 from 4 disks of 1tb each, how to make a cluster out of this, with a total storage of 4tb? I searched on the Internet, I didn’t find anything sensible, is it even possible?

A cluster, in my understanding, is the ability to combine the resources of two machines into "one" =)

@SignFinder

You need a standalone hyper-v failover cluster or a workgroup hyper-v failover cluster
. Google these phrases.
