Good afternoon everyone. There is a PBX Megafon with a single multi-channel number, mobile phones are tied to it. There is an internal sip-telephony on an asterisk. Softphones are also installed on a PC and there is an analog telephone.
The task is this: to create a semblance of a call center with a single number, so that when calling, the subscriber is offered a choice of connection from those. support, sales department, etc. You also need the ability to transfer calls. Employees must answer calls from subscribers through a softphone. Help with solving this problem. Thank you in advance

From my point of view, you get 2 "servers" of telephony. I would leave some one - either a megaphone or your asterix (brought a megaphone number to it).
Actually, there will be no further problems setting up redirection.
Is there an external number on the asterix? If it is possible to redirect incoming to the megaphone in the direction of the asterix, then you need to raise the "answering machine" on the megaphone, create several extension numbers on the asterix, bind them to the internal employee. Then the scheme is Megafon>> press button 1 (there should be a redirect to asterix) >> and he, in turn, should have an "understanding" that the number is an additional secretary (for example). That is, on the asterix, an "answering machine" should also be raised, which will resolve the incoming "numbers" from the megaphone ....
