I know that this question has been raised many times. But no matter how much I searched the forums, I did not find the answer. Actually, the task in one folder goes to layout with the technologies indicated above, and all this is built into a folder that the PHP engine picks up (cms framework, and so on).
The problem is actually here. There is Jade PHP. But there are no bem libraries for him, and even more so there is no bemto for him.

Jade is a templating engine.
PHP, in general, is also a template engine for itself.
The idea to make templates from one template engine templates for another, unfortunately, brings only pain and suffering.
We searched for ways, but did not find.
These two technologies are from a different stack.
Consider choosing another templating engine (slim, blade).
