How to create a bot that posts ads on bulletin boards?

Hello. I had a need to post a large number of ads on different message boards, since I don’t want to do it manually, I started looking for free solutions on Google. After a number of sleepless nights, I found several programs, but I was not satisfied with their functionality. since for all programs it is cut in the free version.
I have several questions:
1. What programming language can I use? (I have little experience in python)
2. Can you suggest specific / ready-made code solutions?
