Is full automation possible in Viber?

I ask you to suggest a way to automate simple actions in viber.
It is required to read the messages of the specified group and if the message is "disliked" delete it and ban the author (anti-spam).
I rummaged through the official Viber API, I didn’t even find such functionality, there is an ordinary stupid bot, but a client API is required, something like TdLib in a telegram.

Viber does not have a public client API.
