There is an application I want so that at startup, an inscription with pictures first comes and then disappears smoothly within 2-3 seconds and there is a transition to my application ... how can I implement it? what ways any answer is knowledge and knowledge is power)

This anti-pattern is called " Launch screen " or "Splash screen", and Google itself and many others urge not to use it. It should be used only if there are objective reasons for the application to load for a long time. In this case, the main requirement for its implementation is an instant appearance on the screen when the application is launched and disappearance (possibly smooth) immediately after the application is loaded.
