How to create 3g\4g connection for ubuntu 20.04 via Sierra mc7710 4g modem?

I bought a MC7710 modem for a laptop 230 lenovo, like ubuntu recognized it, because There was an inscription in the network settings "Mobile network is not available."

I'm trying to set it up, namely to create a network connection, but there is no result, the settings are not saved. I don't know where to dig, can I somehow configure it through the console?

Thanks

@xibir

The network in the system must be configured through the network manager
The modemmanager and usb-modeswitch packages must be installed.
In the console, you can configure the connection with the nmtui command
Activate the connection with the nmcli command
