How to correctly update dle from 12.1 to 13.2?
I follow the nested instructions: I upload all the files from /upload/ to the root directory of the site and go to /admin.php, but nothing has changed there, the old version is 12.1, there are no notifications or instructions.

If the files are not uploaded crookedly, then http://yoursite/admin.php?mod=upgrade
