How to change styles of DLE tags?

Where is the file of this {recipient} tag, where are the styles specified for it?
Yes, I can replace the text there with value="1", etc., but I need the path to these tags, where they are configured, maybe it will be there recipient.php , or there are button styles in the {ACCEPT-DECLINE} rules , this is not all out of thin air, please help.

In Dle, some styles are nailed down. For example, pagination is usually done using Jquery.
