How to display popular news on a separate page?

CMS DLE 10.3
Not found in the documentation, there is only a description of the {topnews} tag.
How to make TOP displayed in domain.com/top ?
I tried to connect the topnews.tpl template to the stat page, but it's nonsense.
Maybe it's in the functionality of the engine? Or a plugin?
