How to correctly understand the answer from technical support regarding the inclusion of my Ipv6 block in my announcements?

To the question:
"Hello. If I buy it myself Allocated/Assigned PA block-unit /48 ipv6.
Will you be able to route it on your AS (Autonomous System) and "give out" on my dedicated servers?"
I was told
"We can use our namesaver to route your IP range."
Does this mean that they can add my block to their announcements (in their AS) and route it to my server? Or something different?

Understand this answer like this - "we will give you an ipv6 address and make an AAAA record in DNS".
To which you need to answer as follows: "I have a block of addresses and ASN ipv6 (specify block and asn). How can I register a network on your equipment, announce it to your applications (list their uplinks) and allocate an address to my virtual machine ( specify the VM ID)?"
True, I think that the answer will have to wait a long time, since the Indian from the first line will transfer it to the second, the second will transfer to marketing and sellers with the question "do we provide such a service?", They will look at your monthly fee and ... and then depending on how much you pay them.
In fact, real guys do this - they buy a collocation from a hoster, put two iron routers there, start bgp on it from the operators present there and buy the Internet (even IP transit). They connect their servers to these routers and create whatever they want on them.
