How to correctly split channels in Aggregate Audio Device under Mac OS X?
Bottom line:
there are two identical stereo speakers connected to two outputs.
I want to:
display two channels in two columns according to the scheme -
column 1L left channel plays Left channel
column 1R right channel plays Left channel
column 2L left channel plays Right channel
column 2R right channel plays Right channel.
Programmatically, I would like to keep within the Aggregate Device-function of Audio MIDI Setup under the macro, like the functionality of the toolkit is enough for this, but apparently I get confused in the interface where the system output channel is meant and where the physical output channel is and I run into the error Overlapping Channels: Each speaker must be connected to a different channel on your audio device. Change the routing so that each speaker is connected to a different channel .
