How to correctly set the settings for the microphone with an external sound card?

I bought a maono au-ao3 microphone and took a sound blaster SB1560 along with it. Tried different settings to expose and noise is always heard. Then I processed and recorded in various programs, from voice recorders to fl and other things. And in the end, if it was possible to remove the noise, then the audio remained without bottoms and it was impossible to listen to it, it becomes like plastic chtol. How to be? I saw some of it used for ASMR formats and the noise is completely inaudible

Normal cards have a professional balanced input and do not emit any noise at all, with any settings.
