How to correctly set 2 API requests to the jsdelivr.com resource?

There is a jsdelivr.com resource and its API: https://github.com/jsdelivr/data.jsdelivr.com

Something, I can't figure out how to create a request to get a list of all packages. And then to the extended information about the package.
You just need a query string for this and that, in order to substitute the URL here:
https://codesandbox.io/s/unruffled-herschel-c1z0u?...
and remake it for the incoming data.
