How to correctly send a copy of a message to another Exchange domain?

Given:
There are 2 exchange servers (A and B)
Access is only to B
there is a mailbox on A - [email protected] and on B - [email protected]
Task: duplicate everything that comes to B on A
Configured the rule
Apply this rule [email protected]
condition Follow these steps...Send a blind copy of the message (BC)... [email protected]
Except [email protected] domain1.com
but if from [email protected] you click on that letter "reply to all"
thanks to the rule "Except when[email protected]"
the letter is not duplicated on [email protected]
but the letter will arrive at [email protected] - how to avoid this?

You can do without steering wheels.
Make contact with the mailbox of the domain from A and indicate in the profile of mailbox B - forward to mailbox A - leave copies with the recipient.
