How to CORRECTLY install NodeJS on a usb flash drive (+webpack) under windows7?

The question is simple - how to CORRECTLY put a node on a usb flash drive under windows7, i.e. make portable?
And there webpack is fine to place.
There are some options on github, but they are already old ... or I'm looking in the wrong place ..
I tried to throw it with binary node + npm - it seems to work, but webpack is not installed for some reason.
gulp works like.
In general, we need the right way.

In general, everything works locally. Load the node with npm from binary to the project folder and install all packages locally - and everything will work.
