I want to buy an adapter for my MSI GF65 10UE-065XRU so that I can connect two monitors. For one there is hdmi, but is it possible to connect the other via USB C? Adapter ESPADA USB 3.1 Type C to HDMI, if anything.

This adapter is designed for devices with a Thunderbolt port, it will not start with a bare USB.
Info from pleer.ru: "Warning: The adapter is not suitable for devices with USB Type C, where this connector acts only as a USB port."

but that you get three independent screens at the same time is not a fact.
on the msi website there is a pdf from your model 404. on 4pda there are only two mentions not on your question.
in my opinion, at best, external monitors will simultaneously work in mirror mode,
