How to correctly insert an image into a shape?

Task: In this picture
, change the content of the monitor to the picture I need so that it lies just as correctly in space (or whatever you call it), so that it is also distorted.
How can this be done as easily and simply as possible? In any program: Photoshop, Figma, AI.

I tried to google on image distortion in photoshop, but the methods I found seemed rather complicated. Sitting and bending the image until you like it is such an option. I'm sure there must be some simple and fast way. I can not figure out how to formulate the question correctly in order to figure it out on my own. Please help.
