How to create such images?

5ca0b3825ebdd644881034.jpeg
You need to make a picture like this. With diagram over photo. But unfortunately, I'm not familiar with this topic, so I don't even know where to start. Need your help, please send. =)

  • Is this done in Photoshop or Illustrator or some other program? Ready filters or processing technique?
  • Are there online services for this? Do not handle yourself. and upload a picture and get a similar effect.
  • Is it a Digital drawing (illustrations with graphics tablets) or just regular graphics (computer is enough)? Is it drawn on the computer right away or is the sheet first, and then digitized with the help of the program?
  • What to study so that you can create such illustrations yourself? What is the correct name for such a technique and what to google?

I'm more interested in the technique of creating circuits. The fact that the diagram is on top of the darkened picture is understandable) But how to draw your diagram by hand? Moreover, the effect of drawing with a pencil or chalk should be preserved .... In google, unfortunately, there is no scheme I need.

There are many ways. You can draw with the mouse over the photo, you can draw with a tablet, you can draw on paper, scan, invert and add a layer in the add mode. You can draw in vector, you can render in 3D. You can not draw, but look for suitable art on the Internet. Then everything is reduced to copy-paste.

Is this done in Photoshop or some other software?

The picture is the simplest: a darkened photo and a diagram on top, you can even create one in paint. The most primitive algorithm is as follows: you throw a photo, a translucent dark rectangle on top, and a diagram on the top layer.
Online graphics editor?
https://www.designer.io
https://www.figma.com
And in general there are a lot of them
The question is a little nonsensical: any graphics displayed on an electronic device is a digital image of one format or another or another.
Open the figma (link above), throw a photo there, create a rectangle on top, make it dark, set it to transparency, download a scheme from Google on request like scheme transparent png (or from freepik.com), throw it on top (if necessary, invert colors) , group everything and export to jpg/png. Everything.
If you need something more complicated - google lessons, there are a lot of them for free on the Internet, including on YouTube.

I don’t know how to form a query in Google, but I have been looking for this for a long time, I downloaded vectors, they can be opened in illustrator or fsh, but it’s better to save a layer with vectors in illustrator, and then overlay it in fsh. Try infographic words, vector, etc.

This is generally some kind of garbage, you can do it in a regular photo editor. For example PhotoScape.
