How to correctly convert a static ip to a normal domain (for example, rdserver.no-ip.com)?

I have a provider (Beeline KZ) that distributes dynamic ip addresses. Previously, by registering on no-ip.com and creating a host there, entering my ip of this session there, it turned out to be able to access my PC remotely. This has recently stopped working. I try both through the router (Zyxel Keenetic) and directly. A mini server appeared at home and it was necessary to make a VPN. And it is impossible to deal with ip. How can I properly convert a static ip to a normal domain (eg rdserver.no-ip.com)?
Help, maybe I'm just doing something wrong.

Try another DNS host, for example: www.dtdns.com
Routers usually provide a connection to DynDNS themselves, only the credentials must be registered

run tracert to some site and look at the ip addresses of the hops. it may very well be that you now have an ipv6 address.
