How to correctly build an assessment based on incoming values?

Good afternoon, I have a question.
Let's say there are 4 input variables. Each variable contains different sums of numbers.
Example:
a = 100
b = 140
c = 500
d = 350
Based on these values, I need to derive the optimal score for the object...

Rating - deuce. Why? Why not. After all, you don't care what the "object evaluation" is and what the "incoming variables" are.
