How to copy the formula without changes?

Hello!
There is a line with simple formulas.
For example, in cell G27 the formula is "=C23".
Copy the cell in G31 as a formula and get "=C27".
How to copy so that the formula remains "=C23"?? those. absolutely unchanged.
Let me explain why I do this. It's just a big line from G27 to W27. I want to copy it, then replace C with B. That is. it's the numbers that matter. I've come across this several times and can't find an answer. It is very infuriating to rewrite the entire line by hand.
Thank you!

Make from =C23 =C$23. Ready. There was a relative link, it became mixed. There are also absolute=$C$23
