How to make dependent cells with checkboxes available for changing their state?

There is a table:

Cell A1 contains an independent checkbox:

Cells A2:A6 contain the formula =IF(A1;TRUE;""):

The task is as follows: you need to make sure that when you check the box in cell A1, cells from the interval A2:A6 also take the value TRUE (the checkbox was automatically set), but if the checkbox was not set in cell A1 (value FALSE), then in the cells from the range A2:A6 there was the possibility of manually changing the state.

The first condition is not difficult to make, but there are problems with the second.

Make two columns. In one manual installation, and in the other - automatic, taking into account manual.
