How to copy or reorder records in Strapi?

Please tell me if it is possible in Strapi to:
1. change the order of blocks with content
2. copy an existing block of content for further editing

All this makes sense when the content is made for the timeline and some records have to be swapped, and some would be more convenient to copy , because the changes are not significant.
