Judging by the rest of the author's questions, he did not study anything other than the program of the 9th grade of the secondary school. When the system of ratings and minuses will appear on the toaster...
I advise you to study better some kind of framework instead of CMS, such as Yii and others. And to make any sites with blackjack and ... And not to bother with these cms, since one is better for a store, another is better for a portal, a third is better for a blog.
For starters, ucoz is not a cms, but a SaaS platform. To work with CMS, you need knowledge of php and mysql, then get acquainted with different CMS.
You can do it on anything, for example, on Drupal, if you are ready to cut the existing functionality. For stores, I would advise Simpla, although it is paid.
For ordinary simple sites - WordPress or Joomla, for Magento stores
If you want to earn money, Bitrix, and so Presta and Magenta have already been mentioned here.
I used to make websites on Drupal (now sometimes too). Great CMS, suitable for almost everything. Including did Drupal + Ubercart online stores with synchronization with 1C. At first, of course, it’s difficult, but it’s a damn flexible CMS, almost a framework, and there are modules for every taste.
I would suggest starting with Joomla.
According to what you know - that's it.
I do it on opencart, although you still need to know php there, you won’t go out on one toad.
Do you really think that someone will understand this "footcloth" of the code? Post the code that relates directly to the search string. Why shove everything here? In general, widget_search would be put into one parent with links, and of course display: inline
The author needs this. Well. In general, everything is bad.
