Essence such:
On a hosting there is a site with the mysql database. For experiments on the site, I would like to transfer it to an online IDE, for example, I really like cloud9. At the moment, all files from the hosting are copied to cloud9, then, as expected, the error "Error establishing a database connection" occurred, then I came across the article https://habrahabr.ru/post/165303/ and the line in it "As an IDE, I decided to stop on Cloud9... - Database hosting is not supported."
As a result, I conceived some kind of game, or am I just stupid with setting up the base itself?
