I tried to make a copy of TeleportPro / HTTrack, the local version is absolutely not suitable with the available configurations: a bunch of scripts that work only in the WIX environment.
Are there any other tools that can simply copy the site so that it can be published on a regular host?

To copy, you need to have the source code of the engine (more precisely, the piece on which the already assembled site works) and a dump of your part of the database. Or you can take a template and try to attach it to any suitable cms, but this is not quite a transfer. Alas.
