How to copy files on a schedule in windows?

Hello! With the next failure of the hard drive, I decided to get serious about daily data backup. Since it is not always possible to do this manually, I would like to automate the process. There is a mail.ru cloud service with 100 GB for data, but it is impossible to keep all the data in its folder to the detriment of convenience. Since I have mobile 4G Internet, the issue of traffic in the daytime is very worrying, but at night from 01:00 to 08:00 there is an honest unlimited, and that is why I want to know how you can copy data from one folder to another on a schedule (for example, in one in the morning) so that the mail.ru cloud client sees the new file and starts synchronizing data to the cloud. In general, I need the data to be synchronized only at night, for this I want another program to copy dumps to the cloud folder on a schedule at night.

I myself backup to Yandex.Disk. I recently started using Handy Backup for these purposes , which is free for Yandex.Disk, 10 GB of which is enough for me. I do not have a disk client installed on my computer, so the data is not copied from one folder on the computer to another, but is immediately backed up to the cloud.

Any console copy utility launched from the regular task scheduler, with parameters.
You can use either the old regular copy, xcopy or third-party versions like robocopy
If it is likely that the files intended for copying will be used or changed during copying, then I recommend using the shadow copy mechanism.
You can also adapt some kind of backup program.

Good program. Free. Incremental or Differential backup is present. (what is it here - habrahabr.ru/company/selectel/blog/226831 )

In general, I read the comments and did the following: I
created the example.txt file and wrote the robocopy command there, the result was the following:
@echo off
robocopy C:\black C:\white /E
@echo on
Tobish copied everything from the C:\black folder to the C:\white folder, the commands can be found in the robocopy web site .
/ E is an attribute so that everything is copied, and empty folders and the rest)) Then you rename the file to
the bat extension, example.bat and start the Task Scheduler
And there you do it according to this article
. Scheduler.
