How to copy all photos from the home archive excluding RAW format?

Good day colleagues from the IT world. There is a family archive of photos (a structured folder tree), I want to make a light version of it purely for viewing, i. Exclude RAW files but keep the folder structure. How to implement it in Windows 10?
