How to copy a virtual disk to a remote host?

there is Windows, VirtualBox is installed on it, Ubuntu is in it.
how to copy virt. ubuntu drive to remote host?
and on local? (to the one where the disk is now)

Go to VirtualBox, there - file > Export Appliance, select a disk there, and save. It is saved in .ova format. Then you can transfer it to a USB flash drive, put it in the cloud, copy it via scp. Then select in the VirtualBox where you want to transfer the configuration, file > Import Appliance, select your .ova.
