From what there can be a delay of ping from Linux of the machine through screw DNS the server?

Hello.
There is a DNS server inside the LAN on Win Server 2008 R2. It acts as the main one, bind9 serves as an alternative. From any Linux machine there is a ping delay by name of about 14 seconds. For more details, enter

ping wsus.kp.rnd
get standard
PING wsus.kp.rnd (10.61.44.6) 56(84) bytes of data

and so hangs for more than 10 seconds. Then the ping starts to go quietly, but this delay interferes. Tried to edit resolv.conf - does not help. And here's what I noticed. If you set the bind DNS, then everything is fine, if the Windows server, then there is a delay. Do not understand why. Has anyone fought with this? If you need screenshots, I'll provide them.

The delay is most likely not due to DNS, tk. the address in the second line has already been received.
As far as I understand, the delay comes after the output of the second line.
If after the first command the ping immediately gives another one, will there be a delay in the second command?
