How to copy a site using a backup?

Good day, dear ones.
There was a problem.
We have a working site. Based on it, you need to do a similar one. Change text and pictures. I made a backup copy of the site itself and the database. Uploaded to another hosting with a different domain, but could not enter the admin panel. The situation is this. There are two sites site1 & site2. When I go to the site2 admin panel and enter my login details, I am redirected to the site1 admin panel. I changed various login details, the path to the admin panel itself, but then I didn’t understand how the login hierarchy goes there. Can you please tell me how to do this operation correctly?
