How to copy a link from another site to your own in a block?

There is a site number one, it does NOT belong to us. This is a customer site. This site is a stupid background and a banner is placed somewhere. The banner has a dynamic link, that is, it is generated automatically when the user enters the page!
---
We own site number two, which looks similar to site number 1, i.e. the customer's site. Accordingly, we achieve this with the help of the iframe
---
Our task. 1) upload the customer's site to ours using a frame
---
2) at the moment when the iPhone loads, we must see the link itself under the banner and pick it up! (strictly within the session for one specific visitor)
---
We insert a link to our site (site number 2) in the area in which the autoclick parameter is set. Our site clicks on the button
---
By area to be precise
---
The complete concept in short. A visitor came to our site, the site will load, including the iframe and the auto-click parameter, which should occur, for example, 10 seconds after entering. Within 10 seconds, we substitute in the area where the link will be clicked and there is a transition, as it were, along the banner
----
Is it possible to implement this?

@gds1

Isn't it easier to parse the link that No. 1 will show when entering?
