How to convert TTF to PNG?

There is a .ttf font that contains icons. To it the file with the description .json. How can I automatically convert this font to png icon images of the specified size? It is desirable but not necessary that the icons be named the same as in .json.

The .json file is not a description of the font, but an independent icon font in the IcoMoon format,
you can download it on the site https://icomoon.io/app/#/select the ImportIcons button, in the right corner above the font, click SelectAll to select all characters, at the bottom select Generate SVG and More, play around with the options and hit Download. As a result, you will get icons in SVG, PNG, demos, etc.
You can try to find another toolkit to work with IcoMoon.
