How to convert SVG image code?

Ultimately, I need a picture code like
<path d="M279.464 ... z"/>
Was done. I took the source in .psd, edited everything that was needed in photoshop, saved it in png format, then opened it in adobe illustrator and saved it in svg format, but here it produces a different code, like
