How to make inkscape see a font on Windows?

Inkscape on Windows does not see the Rubik font.
The font was installed along the path C:\Windows\Fonts I also installed the
user's fonts folder.
Rebooted PC, reinstalled Inkscape - nothing helps. Google didn't work either((
Inkscape version 0.92.4 is the latest at the moment.
Maybe someone has a solution?
