How to convert strokeWidth from meters to pixels?

Hello.
I have data on the width of the lines (strokeWidth) in meters in the database, and on Yandex maps the lines are drawn in pixels. What is the best and correct way to convert meters to pixels? Unfortunately I didn't find it in the documentation.
I would also like the width of the lines to change depending on the scale. Who has any thoughts on this?
