How to work with Yandex MapKit in Android?

Now I'm trying to implement it in my project.
I have a request for you to share the code if you were able to deal with this library, since I really didn’t find examples on the network, and I studied everything that was posted in the demo application from Yandex on the repository. I
’m interested in such questions:
1) determining the current location of the user (I solved this issue in my project on the github, but I don’t know how, without using MapView in the layout, to use the device location search functionality
) I'm sure I did everything right)
3) building a walking route through the given points (done, but ugly, through a cycle with the generation of new objects to build routes for every two points) - for some reason, the creators of the library limited themselves to only start and finish. I need just such a solution, because a very long list with coordinates will arrive from the server (the route will be very ornate :-) )
4) setting markers to the right points (did not find examples of how to do this)
5) setting custom markers to the right points (didn’t find examples how to do it)
(the designer wants it all to look like that each marker is unique, at least number them...)

6) calculation of distance between points (preferably not in a straight line) (didn’t find examples, how to do it)
Here is my project on github:

I would be glad if someone responds and helps)

Denis, welcome! Engaged in development for YMK3.4. According to the official example of the project for Android, I hardly caught the main functions for launching the map and installing objects on the map with icons from local storage. The matter did not go further. Please share the project again to exchange experience. The github link is not active. Thank you!
