How to convert sketch or figma to PSD document?

Is it possible to convert a figure or sketch to psd? To make a project in these programs, then convert to psd somehow, and not suffer with the photoshop interface? Of course, a free service is needed
ps if someone advises photopea, then there are some strange restrictions for use.

As far as I know, photopea has no restrictions, you just need to upload the fonts that were used in Figma from a computer into photopea itself.
There are no other options, exporting to svg/pdf will give an unstable version.
Well, or you can independently assemble the layout again from svg files, which is rather dreary :)
