How to convert or import xml sitemap to xml table to open in office?

Already scratched my head, can anyone come across?
Cool supplier with 20,000 products, and unloading only from the xml sitemap. I could not take a steam bath and use the import module to the site from xml in the online store, but with such a quantity of goods, 500 MB of php memory is not enough, and I don’t want to change the hosting tariff to increase it.

The answer is why my office did not open the XML format and the XML sitemap:
There is some kind of glitch on the laptop in general. It was office 2010 and Excel refused to categorically open this format, asked me to update the software. I thought it was a problem with Windows, but I decided to try installing Office 2013. By directly clicking on the file, Excel refuses to open it, but if you start Excel and then open the file from it, it works to the fullest and structures everything.
