How to convert /home partition from ext4 to NTFS?

Installed Ubuntu 18 alongside Windows. Created two partitions - root '/' and 'home', both ext4. Only then I remembered that I also need to have access to the '/home' Linux partition from under Windows.
Can I somehow convert this partition to NTFS now?
Well, or can this partition be formatted from under Linux? Nothing important in the /home folder yet

Good morning.
You can do without formatting. Use for example Linux_Reader.exe

it will not be very good for Linux to contain a hamster on ntfs - you will immediately have a mess with attributes, even if this is not critical, it personally hurts my eyes in mc when all executable files
try to still look for solutions like ext4 for windows
ps but if you can’t - is done quite simply - boot from live, using mc, or better rsync (grsync for help) make an exact copy of the hamster somewhere ( ! But only on the Linux partition, to save the rights and attributes , it can be the /home-backup folder for example), format the hamster to the desired ntfs, copy the content back (but save the copy, suddenly change your mind after trials ;)))
don't forget to check fstab, if mounting by uuid, you should make sure that it has not changed

No way. Format only.
