How to install linux on laptop with secureboot?
Good afternoon.
There is a need to install Linux on a new laptop with Windows 10 home preinstalled.
In short, when SecureBoot is enabled, we get the error "vmlinuz has invalid signature"
If you disable it, then when you select any item in GRUB, the laptop freezes with a black screen, nothing happens,
both during Live boot and during installation.

Elementary!!!
Disable it in BIOS.
And everything will go and run at once ...
Major Linux vendors have signed bootloaders and kernels. Suze was the first to pay microsoft for the signature, then Redhat pulled himself up. Ubuntu uses a leaked key, which may not work on some pieces of iron (for example, in corporate HP).
