No way, one program is vector, the other is raster. It's easier for you to make a new business card. You won’t save quality with any envelope

If the image resolution is 300 dpi or higher with the correct dimensions - do not bother, everything will be fine. But for the future - it's better not to make business cards in Photoshop.
Although I remember the craftsmen and made up newspapers in it. The truth is debatable, but still.
