How to convert a website to a desktop application?

I want to take out the site in a separate application for personal purposes. Required:
- Minimize to tray instead of closing the window
- Adblock
- Build without the need for a long trial and error due to the stingy / inaccurate / implying "well, you know everything" manual

I liked Nativefier , but how to add some kind of adblock to it - Have not found.

I tried with Electron + electron-chrome-extensions , it didn't take off ( errors when launching the extension ), that's where I finished my research and decided to turn to the community.

Can you please advise how to solve this problem?
