How to control access to a Telegram channel?

Стоит вот какая задача - буду благодарен за помощь.
Нужно сделать Телеграм-канал, в который смогут попасть только пользователи, совершившие оплату.
Например, человек оплатил доступ - получил ссылку и может получать сообщения с канала. По истечению времени платной подписки - нужно удалять пользователя с канала.
Возможность передачи ссылки другу, чтоб он тоже смог зайти надо или закрыть или подчищать всех не оплаченных.
Возможна ли в принципе такая реализация?
